Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026.

Agreement

By using this site, purchasing equipment, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not medical advice

Content on this site — including the Protocol, The Suit, The Cage, and Articles pages — is educational. It describes the PediaSuit Method and the published research around suit-based intensive therapy; it is not medical advice and does not replace an evaluation by a qualified clinician. The protocol is intended to be prescribed and administered by certified providers.

Equipment orders

The internal cage equipment kit and the 8-point belt ship via USPS with standard checkout. The therapy kit and the cage are ordered by phone or email. A request does not guarantee a delivery date until we confirm it. Prices exclude tax and can change until an order is confirmed.

Certification courses

Enrolling in a course reserves a request for a seat; it is confirmed once our team follows up with cohort dates and payment details. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Intellectual property

The PediaSuit name, logo, and method materials belong to PediaSuit and its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you rights to use them outside of your relationship with a certified clinic or course.

Limitation of liability

We provide this site and its content on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for outcomes related to therapy performed by certified providers, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
