Who we are

PediaSuit Center (“we,” “us”) operates this website to provide information about the PediaSuit Method, sell related equipment, and administer therapist certification. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact and order inquiries — name, email, clinic name, and phone number, when you reach out about a product or submit a request through the site.
• Course enrollment — name, email, clinic name, and any notes you share when requesting a certification seat.
• Order and payment information — when checkout is live, payments are processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our servers. Shipping addresses are shared with our shipping provider only to generate rates and labels.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, process orders, schedule and confirm certification courses, and maintain records required for clinic certification. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, to add analytics — we'll update this policy first.

Third parties we work with

Form submissions and account data are stored with Supabase. Payments (once live) are processed by Stripe. Shipping rates and labels (once live) are generated through Shippo. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and only for the purposes described here.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for parents, caregivers, clinicians, and clinic staff — not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our forms.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes and, for material changes, note it here for at least 30 days.
